Terms of Service

SigmaShake operates the promo.sigmashake.com outbid board, a per-streamer listing board. An advertiser pays to rank a listing on a participating channel's board; rank is held permanently by cumulative paid amount and is displaced only by a higher total from another listing.

Payments are final and non-refundable. Buying or raising a listing does not guarantee approval, any particular rank, or that the rank will be held once paid.

Card payments (Stripe) are collected by SigmaShake, the operator of this board — not the channel owner. There is no payout to the channel owner for card payments. Twitch bits and YouTube Super Chats are paid directly to the channel owner by Twitch/YouTube, exactly as any other cheer/Super Chat would be — this service never touches that money.

Every listing airs only after human review (approval by the channel owner or the operator). Approval, and continued display, may be withdrawn at any time for a listing that violates the Rules.

Channel owners are responsible for the listings they approve on their own board.
