SigmaShake operates promo.sigmashake.com and stores what is needed to run the listing board and process payment: listing content, payment records via Stripe, and a salted hash of the submitting IP address (never the raw address) used only for abuse cooldowns and the denylist.

When Google Analytics is enabled, page views on this site are sent to Google Analytics.

Signing in with Twitch or Google identifies a channel owner or buyer; SigmaShake Promo stores the account id, login/handle and email address returned by that provider — never your Twitch/Google password, which this service never sees.

Connecting a channel's Twitch bits or YouTube Super Chat payment rail: for YouTube, channel owners connect via Google OAuth requesting the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly (along with openid, email, and profile). We store encrypted access and refresh tokens (AES-256-GCM) solely to prove channel ownership (channels.list with mine=true) and poll superChatEvents to credit listings on your behalf. These tokens are not written to any log. Channel owners may review or disconnect the rail at any time in their Payment rails panel.

We do not sell Google/YouTube user data; we do not use it to train AI models.

Payment is processed by Stripe; SigmaShake Promo never stores card details or card PAN.

Each channel owner may choose to publicly display the display name and amount of everyone who has paid toward a listing on their board (a "Supporters" list), off by default for a new channel. When a channel owner turns this on, your payment's display name and amount become visible to anyone who visits that channel's public board or overlay, with no sign-in required, for as long as your payment remains on that channel's ledger (payment history is retained permanently — see the Terms of Service's "held permanently" ranking rule). A bare email address is never published this way; an anonymous cheer/Super Chat is pooled under the literal label "Supporter"/"Anonymous" rather than a real name. When a channel owner leaves this off (or turns it back off), the same payments still count toward the listing's rank, but display names and per-payer amounts are withheld from that public endpoint.
